Joe, Founder & CEO, S1 Unlimited Contractor License
Joe started Benedetto HVAC in 2005. With decades of HVAC residential and commercial experience Joe ensures he is leading by example. Joe constantly provides the highest level of support and ongoing training to the team. Joe’s attention to detail is carried through each of the team members bringing a collective sense of pride in the work accomplished. Joe holds an S1 unlimited contractor license.
Justin, Install Manager, S1 Unlimited Contractor License
Justin has over 20 years’ experience in the HVAC industry with 11 of those being part of the Benedetto team. Justin manages
the installation team providing the level of detail necessary to create the most efficient and cost-effective systems for the customers. Justin appreciates that Benedetto does the work the right way, leaving the customers educated and valuing the beauty of a job well done. Justin holds an S1 unlimited contractor license and in 2023, completed his plumbing license.
Shawn, Service Manager, Journeyman license
Shawn manages the service team providing a high level of coordination, problem solving skills, mentoring and support in the field. Shawn appreciates that Benedetto is customer-centric and truly cares about the customer’s best interests while working to maintain and repair systems for the highest level of technical operation. Shawn holds a Journeyman license.
Clayton Litchfield, Technician, S10 License
Clayton graduated the Norwich Tech HVAC program in 2021, obtained his S10 license in 2023 and joined the Benedetto team in 2024. Clayton's commitment to excellence is reflected in his accolades as the salutatorian of his graduating class and his earning the rank of Eagle Scout. Clayton values Benedetto's principles of teamwork, thoroughness, fairness and dedication to customer service.
Cameron, Technician, S2 Apprentice
Cameron has been in the trades for a long time and took a leap to join Benedetto in 20222 as he focusses on finalizing
his HVAC licensing. Cameron appreciates supporting a team that works together, is focused on continuously learning
through current training, all while having access to the appropriate equipment to do work well. Cameron is an S2
Apprentice working to attain higher-level licensing.
Tim, Technician
Tim has been at Benedetto since 2022 after relocating to the area from out of state. Tim supports the install team
with a specialty in sheet metal fabrication. Tim operates with the by the book of perfectionism, a standard at Benedetto.
Logan, Technician, S2 Apprentice
Logan joined the Benedetto team in the summer of 2023 through the apprentice program at Vinal Tech. Logan appreciates the quick pace and diversity of the service jobs that Benedetto responds to. Logan is a S2 Apprentice working to attain higher-level licensing.
Rafael, Technician, S2 Apprentice
Rafael is a 2024 graduate of Vinal Tech and joined the Benedetto team in the fall of 2023. Rafael is a S2 Apprentice working to attain higher-level licensing.
Judie, Office Administrative Assistant
Judie joined Benedetto as the Office Administrative Assistant in 2017. Judie appreciates having contact with the customers, technicians, vendors and regulatory partners to work through the elements of coordination necessary to achieve everyone’s goals. She values that everyone respects one another and celebrates achievements together.
Shannon, Finance
Shannon has been with Benedetto since the beginning, leading the finance and business operations. Shannon appreciates both the customers and their loyalty, as well as, the staff that contribute to the company’s success.
