From the moment I placed a call to Benedetto and spoke with Judie, I had an amazing experience. Judie couldn’t be friendlier, professional and can-do. Joe Benedetto then spent a lot of time on the phone with me really evaluating what I needed, and asked for measurements and photographs. Once he came out for a physical review, he had already reviewed information I sent him and had some really good ideas.  Fast forward to installation day and the crew who arrived were SO amazing!  Clay & Jet. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable beyond expectations, and they took such care of our home!  This was the best service experience I think I’ve ever had! I can’t wait for an opportunity to refer friends or neighbors to them!  Honestly, this is a company that deserves 6 stars, but I only had the option of 1-5. Update: We continue to be so very pleased with Benedetto! We upgraded our two boiler systems with Benedetto, and we are very impressed! As we have come to expect from them - all of their service providers are always professional and respectful. They were timely and exceptional at communicating during the install. They left our house spotless, installed a pristine and impressive looking system that is a site to behold! And we believe we got the value for our money. Clay, Rafael, Logan, Ben, Justin and Joe Benedetto himself were polite, considerate and professional during the entire length of the project.
